The mare line of Lunda originated from the Köster breeding station in 1919, which was located in Stade. The dam line can thus look back on a history of over 100 years, which has produced many top horses. In total, the Lunda line can present a offspring profit of almost 1.1 million Euros. More than 600 horses of this line have been successfully placed in competitions and about 100 of them in advanced (S) level competitions. With more than 100 State Premium mares and 30 licensed stallions, this line is also very successful in breeding. At auctions, the Lund line regularly achieves top prices with almost 200 auction horses to date.
